Smoking.
We operate a non-smoking policy.
Cancellation.
In the event of cancellation a refund (less deposit) will be offered up to 14 days prior to arrival, if cancelled in under 14 days payment remains due for the whole booking.
In the event of being unable to comply with a confirmed booking a full refund will be given and every effort will be made to find accommodation of a similar standard.
In the event of early departure the full booking rate is still payable.
If concerned about cancellation please consider travel insurance.
Arrival.
Please let us know your estimated time of arrival if before 5.00 p.m. so that we can be here to welcome you.
Departure.
On day of departure please vacate your room before 10.30am. Luggage can be left in the Lounge or Hall for later collection at a time to be arranged.
Damage.
Any damage will be charged appropriately..
Reservation Information
Rates are dependent on the season.
From 30 GBP Per Person*
*Per night based on the winter season
From 40 GBP Per Person*
*Per night based on high season
Supplements charged for single occupancy of a double room.
Deposit
A minimum of one nights accommodation per booking, non-refundable, the balance for longer stays is payable on arrival.

About Us
Anchorage guest house after extensive renovations now offers a high standard of accommodation to all our visitors. Offering comfortable and attractively decorated bedrooms all with new en-suite shower rooms. Additionally the Family Bedroom has its own spacious Bathroom.
